Hanadera Nodoka is the main character from Healin' Good♥Pretty Cure, the 17th season of Pretty Cure which ran from 2020 to 2021. Nodoka, a second-year middle school student, moves to
Sukoyaka city. There she finds a sick dog-like creature named Latte. Latte and a group of other fairies were sent to Earth by Queen Teatinu to find the Pretty Cure, a group of legendary warriors, to
help fight off the Byogens. The Byogens infected the Healing Garden, where the fairies originated, and plan to infect Earth. Because of Nodoka's bravery one of the fairies, Rabirin, becomes
Nodoka's partner fairy. Nodoka then transforms into Cure Grace and later assembles a group of other Pretty Cure.
Nodoka suffered from a serious medical condition and lacks the physical strength to do things other girls can do. Despite this she has a bright and positive outlook on life and expresses her appreciation to be alive. Nodoka tries her best to protect others given her experience of being hurt herself. She sees herself in others and gives back to the world.
